My family and I were relocating across the country and had just a little over a month to pack up and get our house listed. Neither of us had sold property before, so Mike walked us through the steps we’d need to take and answered every question we had. He was available through text and email as well, which was extremely helpful for us. He explained every aspect of the selling process, was straightforward about what we could do to speed up the sale, and had great advice when we weren’t sure how to proceed. His listings are appealing, with great pictures and video. We were able to easily close remotely, and we closed just a little over a month from when our house was listed. Having Mike as our realtor has been a fantastic experience that lifted so much weight off our shoulders during such a huge move. We have already begun recommending him to our friends in the area.
