Mike Long has been living in Central Florida since childhood. As a United States Marine, Mike’s military background has instilled in him a strong work ethic and a straightforward way of doing business. Upon completion of his enlistment, Mike put himself through college at the University of Central Florida. There he majored in Finance and graduated with honors. After graduation, Mike started a career in hospitality management and operations. Years in the service industry provided Mike with a high level of customer service and a large network based on building lasting relationships. This unique skill set, background, and network have enabled Mike to differentiate himself as a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker®.
Mike has been a Full-time REALTOR® since 2012, with over 250+ successfully completed transactions/Over $75M worth of real estate.
His experience includes Luxury Properties, Beachfront, Lakefront, Golf-front, Historic, High-rise Condos, Equestrian, Multifamily, Investment/Income Properties, Vacant Land, New Construction, and Commercial Leases. Mike is a member of the Corporate Relocation team, and has been for 7 years. As a member of that team, he has worked with Corporate transferees from the following employers: Nike, Lockheed Martin, Merrill Lynch, Cerner, Raytheon, Liberty Mutual, EPIC Games, Northrop Grumman, Moen, Astronics, CitiCorp, Fidelity Investments.
Mike has bought and sold his own investment properties, including fix/flip, long-term rentals, and BRRRR. He currently owns property in College Park and Winter Park.
He is available to his clients whenever it is convenient to them. Day or Night. Weekends and Holidays.
